Exchange Policy and Return Guidelines

Exchange Policy

1) Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days of purchase.

2) Merchandise must be returned with all original packing and in resalable condition.

3) Sales and Promotional items are non-exchangeable.

4) Merchandise can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.

5) No refund policy.

6) The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than original item.

7) Repeated exchanges are not permitted.

8) Merchandise can only be exchanged in Singapore’s KAPPA boutiques

9) KAPPA reserves the rights to amend the exchange policies without prior notice.

10) KAPPA’s management decision is always final.
